Fruits For A Glowing Skin

Don't we all know that 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away'?

For healthy skin and hair we need to eat lots of fruits in all the colors and drink plenty of water.

Especially in summer when we sweat a lot we must have coconut water and juices along with plain water.

A delicious fruit platter with apple,watermelon,grapes and pineapple or any other seasonal fruits of your choice sounds very yummyyyyy,isn't it ?

  1. Yummmmmyyyyyy write-up that soothens the tired soul nd body during this intense heat. Good for health nd awesme for th taste bud, fruits are fav to almost alll. The watery watermelon, th tasty mango, the juicy litchi nd th soft papayas make summer worth looking forward too despite th heat. Fruits bowl a day keeps the summer heat away:) :) :)
